Ways and times of shipping

Items will be shipped within 5-10 working days (Monday-Friday) from order date, with subsequent communication via sms or e-mail tracking code and link to monitor your order in real time.

During periods of sales or promotions shipments may take longer.

La Bottega del Gusto 1960™ is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond the control of La Bottega del Gusto 1960™.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by La Bottega del Gusto 1960™.

Delivery of the order

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package. The packages are packed in sealed boxes.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation. In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact La Bottega del Gusto 1960™.

If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods are missing, the package must be kept for further verification.

Any dispute concerning damage and missing, must be received by La Bottega del Gusto 1960 ™ within 7 days from the date of delivery resulting on the site of the courier, otherwise it can not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with La Bottega del Gusto 1960™ and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc..) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. 

All communications for assistance must be sent to the e-mail address: otherwise they cannot be handled.
